Located in Santa Ponça, Mallorca (Spain), Twelve has been designed to be an isolated single-family home. Jaime Salvá's design is based on contemporary - Mediterranean architecture. The distribution of the villa has been worked out to obtain spacious, bright spaces with cross ventilation. The interiors are well connected with the exteriors so as to achieve a greater visual sense.

These spaces are used in a game of volumes that are transformed into iconic architecture, where form and function become one – an architectural gesture that obeys a functional motif.

Few materials have been very thoughtfully used, such as the local dry stone from Santanyí, used in both exterior and interior walls. Or the Balearic gray limestone, which provides a very neutral tone that works
very well with the furniture. The kitchen, from the company "Espacio Home Design", has been chosen by the client themselves.

The first floor rests on a dry stone wall from Santanyí that highlights the exterior space and also penetrates into the interior of the house, thereby increasing the feeling of spaciousness.

The natural formation of the stone wall, gives the home a very organic appeal.

The volumes that surround the building, give the structure an iconic geometric massing.

The flying elements in the form of cantilevered slab projections generate covered outdoor spaces independent of each other but still connected at the same time.

The entrance to the house has a direct connection with an interior patio. Vertical slats cover the double space of the staircase making it look very elegant and light from the outside.

The interiors have been beautifully adorned with numerous works of art.

The kitchen and dining room together become the center of the house, a large space very bright at all times of the day thanks to the large windows on both sides. One can see a very sober kitchen that hides all its elements and workspaces as great secrets.

The lighting for the interior and exterior spaces has been worked out to create a very soothing ambience throughout the house.
