XANADU, a uniquely designed home, was meticulously crafted to meet the specific requirements of its clients, a family of advocates. Despite the challenges posed by a narrow plot, we successfully integrated all the desired elements into the design. A key priority for the family was the inclusion of an office space, ensuring a dedicated area for their professional endeavors. Additionally, three well-appointed bedrooms were seamlessly incorporated, providing comfortable accommodations for the entire family.

One of the standout features of XANADU is the captivating courtyard space, accentuated by a splendid spiral staircase. This area serves as a tranquil retreat, allowing the family to unwind and reconnect with nature. The courtyard serves as a central focal point, creating a sense of harmony between the interior and exterior spaces.

To cater to the family's lifestyle, both formal and family living spaces were thoughtfully integrated into the design. These areas offer distinct settings for hosting guests or enjoying leisurely moments together as a family. The kitchen, complete with utility provisions, was expertly designed to provide a functional and efficient workspace, ensuring that culinary activities are a pleasure for the family.

In order to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal, an elegant interior design scheme was carefully curated for XANADU. This design concept seamlessly blends timeless elements with modern sensibilities, creating a harmonious balance between classic and contemporary styles.
