Embark on a journey through the refined living spaces of the Presidential Penthouse, a luxurious oasis perched atop Gurgaon's Pioneer Presidia. From the moment you step into the opulent foyer, adorned with bevelled mirrors and neoclassical moulding, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of sophistication and grandeur. It's a tantalising preview of the elegance that awaits within this 5,500 square feet abode, where every detail has been meticulously curated to reflect the discerning tastes of its inhabitants.

Venturing further into the lower floor, the formal living area unfolds before you, a symphony of marble and rich hues. An expansive book-matched marble wall serves as the focal point, its beige and white tones providing a canvas upon which the room's design unfolds. Rich blue accents in the sofas and carpets add depth and contrast. To one side of the living area is the terrace, where they designed a pergola to shield their clients from the weather. A sandstone wall under a pergola on the terrace beckons guests to embrace the outdoors in intimate luxury.

Adjacent to the living area lies the formal dining room, where intricate geometric 3-D tiles adorn the back wall, commanding attention with their complex dimensionality. A dining table with wide conical legs anchors the space, while a delicate sculptural light fixture casts a soft glow over the room, creating an ambiance of refined elegance.

The journey continues into the grandparents' bedroom, a sanctuary of elevated luxury. Fabric panelling inlaid with gold metal adorns the bed back wall, exuding sophistication and glamour. Embedded lighting in the back wall adds a touch of opulence, while the overall beige and brown theme creates a timeless retreat for rest and relaxation.

On the upper floor, they discover the daughters' rooms, each a testament to understated elegance and refined taste. In one room, grey and sage green accents create a sense of tranquillity, while sleek linear lines imbue the space with a clean and refined aesthetic. In the other room, warm grey-beige tones envelop the senses, with wooden cladding demarcating the space and creating visual zones for sleeping, working, and lounging.

Bridging the daughters' quarters and the master bedroom is a lounge area, a haven of relaxation and contemplation. A large L-seater sofa invites repose, while a bright yellow sofa, inspired by their clients' love for "Koffee with Karan," adds a pop of colour to the serene surroundings. Anchoring the space is a feature wall in rough-textured white stone, adding a touch of raw elegance to the refined interiors.

Finally, they arrive at the pièce de résistance: the master bedroom, a symphony of luxury and comfort. Two separate zones cater to the individual needs of the clients. On one end of the room, a rich red-coloured bed flanked by antique mirrors and an ottoman at the end of the bed. The other zone of the room is a seating area with a creamy white curved sofa and armchair. A modern chandelier in maroon adds a contemporary touch over the seating area, while a red, flowery, irregularly shaped carpet under the seating ties the room together in a harmonious blend of old-world charm and modern sophistication.

From the grandeur of the foyer to the intimacy of the terrace, every corner of the Presidential Penthouse tells a story of refined living and timeless elegance. It's a testament to the power of collaboration between client and designer, where trust and vision converge to create spaces that transcend the ordinary, leaving an indelible mark on the fabric of everyday living.
