Spanning 9,550 sq. ft., this thoughtfully designed home brings together the timeless beauty of brick, wood, and glass to create a space that feels both grounded and contemporary. Exposed brick introduces warmth and texture, while rich wooden elements add depth and an earthy elegance. Expansive glass facades invite generous natural light, blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors. The open floor plan enhances this connection, offering large, airy spaces that flow effortlessly into one another, striking a perfect balance between functionality, aesthetics, and comfort.

The exterior features a modern interpretation of brick architecture, seamlessly blending with its natural surroundings. Varying shades of warm reds and earthy tones in the exposed brick facade create visual depth and character, giving the home a distinctive yet welcoming presence. The entrance sets a memorable tone with an intricately carved wooden door, a true celebration of craftsmanship. Adorned with delicate traditional patterns, it tells a story through its detailed artistry. Crafted from high-quality wood, the door stands as both a secure entry and a striking focal point, effortlessly merging traditional charm with modern sensibility.

At the heart of the home lies a stunning central courtyard that rises through all three floors, acting as both a visual anchor and a functional core. Encased within the main living spaces, this architectural feature incorporates a traditional brick jalli that spans its full height. Beyond its ornamental appeal, the jalli serves a vital purpose—filtering sunlight, enhancing privacy, and promoting natural ventilation. As daylight shifts, it casts ever-changing patterns of light and shadow across the interiors, adding a dynamic, almost poetic quality to the space.

Inside, the home is bathed in natural light, thanks to strategically placed large windows and glass walls that open into the courtyard. High ceilings amplify the sense of openness, while exposed brick accents continue from the exterior into the interiors, creating a cohesive design language that blends rustic charm with contemporary refinement.

The open living and dining area is a striking composition of textures and tones. Brick walls lend character and warmth, while sleek grey marble flooring introduces a refined contrast. Large glass openings connect the space to the courtyard, filling it with light and enhancing the indoor-outdoor experience. Wooden furniture in warm tones complements the material palette, creating an inviting environment suited for both quiet living and social gatherings.

The custom-designed wooden dining set stands out as a statement of elegance and craftsmanship. Intricately detailed chairs enhance the dining experience, while the rich wood tones harmonize beautifully with the surroundings. Adjacent to it, a rattan sliding jalli subtly separates the dining area from the island kitchen, offering a thoughtful blend of tradition and modern design. This open arrangement ensures a seamless flow, making the space both functional and engaging.

Adding a lively contrast to the earthy palette, vibrant upholstered chairs bring personality and energy into the space. Their bold colours and unique patterns stand out against the rustic brick backdrop, creating a playful yet sophisticated visual balance.

A standout feature within the home is the live-edge wooden swing, crafted from a single slab that preserves the natural contours of the wood. Suspended gracefully from the ceiling, it introduces a sense of movement and tranquillity. This piece embodies a perfect blend of rustic authenticity and modern design, offering a cozy retreat that enhances both the charm and character of the interiors.

A brick dome spanning 30 feet, rises overhead in a concentric pattern of meticulously laid bricks which draws the attention towards the centre, emphasising the dome's magnificent scale and structural elegance.

Below, a sleek metal railing and walkway introduce a contemporary contrast to the traditional masonry above. This interplay between raw brick and modern steel creates a striking visual balance, where heritage craftsmanship meets modern design sensibility.

Natural light filters in from the edges, grazing the brick surface and accentuating its texture, making the entire composition feel dynamic yet serene. The dome is not just a ceiling—it becomes a sculptural centrepiece, celebrating scale, symmetry, and the enduring beauty of brick construction.
